…I noted this interesting fossil: a piece of wood once imbedded in a 3-foot long slab of rock on shore.
A roomful of bowed boards provide tension to support drywall ceiling tiles while adhesive mastic dries. Getting from one side of the room to the other was somewhat of a challenge, requiring agility, frequent turns, and, occasionally, repositioning boards accidentally dislodged.
This exercise in symmetry began as a photograph of randomly shaped cut logs strewn haphazardly in a pile of firewood. Following an extensive reorganization by a band of wild beavers, I added some finishing touches. It’s available on many products in my shops at Redbubble, Society 6 and Fine Art America.
