    Poem in Response

After enjoying “Rusty Rose“, a wonderfully creative mixed media artwork by my dear friend, Tiffany Arp-Daleo, a Bohemiam Abstract artist residing in San Diego, California – and, knowing that she also enjoys the Grateful Dead – I was inspired to write this poem in response…

    Just like San Diego 🎨
Just like old road trip shows 😎
Your art sings like Jerry 🎶

    Throwback Thursday

Here’s a photograph of me that I’m including for Throwback Thursday, despite the fact that I took it only yesterday. Does that count? Hmm…

Anyway, the cool metal print on the wall behind me is an artwork entitled “Journey“, painted by my talented friend, Tiffany Arp-Daleo. Please visit her site, thanks!

  • Featured Artists

I thought I’d share information about a few artists online with whom I’ve enjoyed interacting over the years. Guests are encouraged to visit their respective sites, and, if so desired, inquire about an opportunity to purchase their artworks. I’ve also included quotes as descriptions – in their own words. Enjoy the creativity of these featured artists!!!

    Tiffany Arp-Daleo | Contemporary Art

Tiffany Arp-Daleo has over 20 years experience painting in San Diego, Ca. Working primarily with acrylics and oils in abstract and mixed media, she has developed a unique painting style described as Bohemian Abstract. Her paintings will catch your eye with bold contrast, gobs of rich color, and layers of texture.

North Liza Lane | Painting, Illustration & Graphic Design

North Liza Lane is a growing body of work originating from inspiration, and the creative desire to contribute to the greater good through images of thoughtful wonder. My focus is to offer a possibility, or the first chapter of a story that allows the viewer to create an ending, and maybe a moment of self discovery. Currently I combine realism with abstract to reflect the layers of life and the constant information offered through our individual and collective experiences.

Randi Grace Nilsberg | Art Photography

A piece of art on the wall brings atmosphere to a room. With digital textures I add a little mystery and flair to my nature photos, a painterly effect that makes them unique. I hope my art lets you drift away for a moment, to good memories or into a dream for the future.

Natalie Baca | Artist + Designer

Natalie Baca is an artist and designer, who loves to incorporate “found” objects into her pieces. After leading an exciting path in the fashion world in New York City and traveling the world with the marketing of new products, Natalie finally decided there was a need for a career change. She picked up some broken tiles and paint and began a new career in the art world. With no formal training in art, she taught herself through experimenting and trial and error. Her love for texture, color, and patterns can be seen throughout her work.

    Thanks for stopping by!
