Every time I see her smile Heaven shines a light on me Happy heart in sweet delight Chasing dreams of what could be On the rhythm of waves Rang a sound from her heart Where the waters of love Know no end, only start On a ship under sail Without map, simply stars And a warm summer breeze With acoustic guitars On a course to the east Currents carry and flow Is this only a dream? Poem in Response
Oftentimes, creative people excel in several areas. This is the case with my beautiful friend from India – Mukti Masih. I’ve enjoyed reading her poetry, and, seeing her wonderful paintings, was inspired to write this short poem:
She stood by a wall
A wall with her artI marveled at both
Felt warmth in my heartA camp on the lake
Moonlit glowing skiesReflections of light

Inside A Blue Moon
Satellite of Earth
Beneath the moon’s surface, an interior environment eludes observation…
After desaturating and formatting a fractal design, it was then imported into three dimensional space and extruded to generate depth of terrain. Several spheres were positioned accordingly, and the entire scene was placed within a hollow, reflective dome. Color, materials and lights were added, as well as magnification.
