This vintage photograph was taken on Lake Superior in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, in the city of Marquette. Referred to as Short Rock, it’s one of several islands easily accessible from the shoreline. I’ve added some textural-grunge elements, clouds and adjustment layers for mood.
