I photographed this landscape scenery of Abrams Creek along my hike upstream of Abrams Falls, located at Cades Cove in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Prints available here.

Thanks for shopping & have a great weekend!
I hope that you enjoy nature, the color green, beautiful river landscapes, and serenity. And, my photography, which is available on a variety of fine prints in my galleries at Pixels and ArtPal. In the Smoky Mountains, this is Thunderhead Prong at an area difficult to access, where few tread.
More specifically, this is the upper half of Lower Lynn Camp Falls, a beautiful waterfall situated along Lynn Camp Prong in the Tremont section of the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee.
And, you can enjoy this natural landscape scenery from any room in your home, when you purchase a print from my gallery. Several options are available, so come by today and enjoy the great outdoors for many days to come, on a wall of your choosing. Thanks very much!
Shadows grow to consume the valley before sunset, as I approached the terminus of Thunderhead Prong Quiet Walkway. At this time of day, distant stumps in the forest begin to take the shape of bears, and sudden sounds are perceived with a heightened sense of interest. I’m aware that this trail is only hiked infrequently, and that I’m all alone in nature.
This is Thunderhead Prong in the Smoky Mountains, where the trail meets the waterway, at left, and a rocky incline, at right, becomes too steep to proceed.
If you’d be interested in a print of my photography, then please visit my gallery to select the best suited option. Print types include framed, canvas, poster, metal, art, acrylic, wood and tapestries. Framed prints may be customized, also.
Thanks for visiting!
Having read “A Qualquer Altura” (Portuguese, meaning Anytime) by Carla Milho, a gifted writer, truly beautiful woman and dear friend – wherein she speaks of dreams, love and courage – I was inspired to write this poem in response…
She puts the poem in my pen
And so, I’m at it again
Sending song
through my words
to her heart
I hope one day she will find
That we are two of a kind
Hear my call
Share her love
Play a part

Night Moves, by Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band (1976) – see lyrics here.
Situated in a forest of dense green, this spot along Middle Prong Little River was filled with beauty, peace and quiet – pristine nature without distraction. It’s a place where waters meet, as the river flows around a long island to reconnect.
You may enjoy this landscape on a wall in your home, as you sit back and immerse yourself in this natural environment, imagining the steady, gentle sound of water cascading downstream, or that of birds, hidden from sight though whose calls stream through forest trees.
I hope you’ll find something you like. Prints available here.
This graphic artwork collage includes photographs of old CD (compact disk) cases, blended with textural layers. You can find gifts & apparel in these shops:
These photographs were taken from scenic overlooks along the Foothills Parkway in Townsend, Tennessee, featuring views of the Smoky Mountains. Prints are available in my gallery.
Thanks for visiting!
Over the passed few years, I’ve published several poems on my web site. Many are written in response to creative writings posted by friends, and, therein, are commonly entitled Poem in Response, or, Poem for a Friend.
However, I also oftentimes include poetry in my comments on other sites, in response to various posts of friends which I’ve enjoyed reading. As such, and without further adieu, here are a few samples which I’ve penned…
Title of Post With Link: “Rise Lady, Rise (audio)“
Poetess: Michele Lee
As nature has shared her golden glow, so too, through pen, your spirit does flow.
Title of Post With Link: “A Girl in Painting“
Poetess: Annabel
What better way
to start the day
than to see your lovely face
Words shared, so kind
Straight from the heart
A good morning to embrace
Title of Post With Link: “Percurso“ (Portuguese, meaning Route)
Poetess: Carla Milho
Like you, dear Carla, whose enduring beauty shines brightly day after day, so too do your words and wisdom glow with the reflection of love.
Title of Post With Link: “We Are Poetry Hosted by the Library of Johnson C. Smith University“
Poetess: Kym Gordon Moore
As water, your words flow with poetic fluidity, nourishing with inspiration the imaginations of those open to growth.
Title of Post With Link: “The World Outside“
Poetess: Holly Hunter
Interlaced with threads of sadness, where shadows fade into night like days of the future passed, blended with blues into a blur of yesteryear, this half empty outer world exists in stark contrast to the full beauty you exude, an inner glow of which can brighten every tomorrow.
Title of Post With Link: “Old Dreams – A Poem“
Poetess: Dawn Pisturino
Love endures with memory
Through these lines of poetry

Not recorded on any nautical charts, nor assigned a GPS location, this blue island exists only momentarily, during a window of time corresponding with the presence of a blue moon.
Well, that sounded good as an introduction. In reality, I made this digital artwork using Bryce & Affinity Photo creative software, with the island shape derived from an extruded fractal design.
You can find many interesting gifts, posters and apparel products when visiting any of these shops…Pixels, Redbubble, ArtPal and Zazzle. Thanks very much!
