Blue Island

Not recorded on any nautical charts, nor assigned a GPS location, this blue island exists only momentarily, during a window of time corresponding with the presence of a blue moon.

Well, that sounded good as an introduction. In reality, I made this digital artwork using Bryce & Affinity Photo creative software, with the island shape derived from an extruded fractal design.

      Ja, wir könnten uns auf dieser geheimnisvollen blauen Insel treffen. Ich bringe ein Zelt und etwas Essen mit, wenn Sie eine Sonnenbrille und frische Wasservorräte mitbringen können. Es ist eine tropische Insel, also wird das Wetter schön sein, und es leben dort keine Menschen. 🥳✨🤗

          That’s a good question. 🤔 The island isn’t flat and there are no runways. So, visitors have to use a parachute – which, the Airline does provide. And, you’re correct – the plane doesn’t come back. 😂 Thus, in order to leave the island, a boat is necessary. 😆
