Having read “Serenity Found in Being“, written by Cindy Georakas, a dear friend and talented poetess from California – wherein she describes her zen-like approach to creative writing – I was inspired to write this poem in response…

Like a daydream in flight
Drawn towards poetic light
Your penned words cast a glow in the sky

Make the most of each day
In a creative way
Write on winds of the mind as you fly
