After reading “Remember This…” by Carla Milho – a good friend and wonderful writer from Lisbon, Portugal – wherein she speaks to the strength of love, I was inspired to write this poem in response…

Until the End

The star I see
Within your eyes
Grows bright across the land

Straight from my heart
Through spoken word
I’m asking for your hand

Please take this ring
And put it on
Let’s walk together, now

From here to there
Until the end
In love, let’s make this vow

    Ik heb ” Remember this” gelezen en ik moet eerlijk zeggen dat je een goed antwoord hebt gegeven. Zoals ze zegt” Liefde is een werkwoord” ….. Jammer om niet te kunnen inzien hoe schoon het leven kan zijn …
    Ik hou van je gedicht, de vriendschap en de liefde die je heeft aan iedereen.
